The corpus is available in Kielipankki - the Language Bank of Finland (korp.csc.fi).
The Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) contains about 440 million words and 190 000 texts from the years 1990-2012. The corpus is evenly divided into spoken, fiction, magazine, newspaper, academic genres (~88 million words each).
Access and license: This version of the corpus is available for searching by logged-in staff and students of the FIN-CLARIN member organizations via the Korp interface. To access the corpus, use the direct link above. You will then need to log in to the Korp concordance service with your home organisation's credentials. If you cannot find your home organisation when trying to log in or if you experience other login problems, please contact us at kielipankki@csc.fi. We can help you get connected.

Nykyamerikanenglannin korpus COCA sisältää noin 440 miljoonaa sanetta ja 190 000 tekstiä vuosilta 1990-2012. Korpus on jaettu tekstilajin (puhuttu kieli, fiktio, aikakauslehdet, sanomalehdet, akateeminen genre) mukaan samankokoisiin osiin, joista kukin kattaa noin 88 miljoonaa sanetta.
Pääsy ja lisenssi: Tätä korpusversiota voi käyttää kirjautumalla Korp-palveluun jonkin FIN-CLARINin jäsenorganisaation (suomalaisen yliopiston) käyttäjätunnuksella. Siirry korpukseen yllä olevan suoran linkin kautta (http://urn.fi/urn:nbn:fi:lb-2017061933). Sen jälkeen sinun on kirjauduttava kotiorganisaatiosi tunnuksella.
